The cartridge to the left is the TITAN training reload. It contains a delay element that provides an approximate delay of 1.5 seconds. The report is approximately 160 dB. Hearing protection is recommended. This reload is not to be used operationally, and is not designed to produce an overpressure or bright light. The ring at the base of the cartridge is to prevent the Delay Blank cartridge from functioning in a revolver and is to be removed immediately prior to firing. The SAFE-T-BANG version has a permanently installed brass ring at the base of the cartridge. Be certain to use only SAFE-T-BANG cartridges in SAFE-T-BANG devices and TITAN cartridges in TITAN devices.
